Debt Rescue South Africa incoreclty listed me as under debt review while im not
I was considering getting into debt review in January 2023 and I was in contact with Greg Best but in the end, I didn't go through with it as I didn't agree to one of the terms. Lately, we found out that we are under debt review on the NCR and when we called Debt Rescue South Africa we spoke with Dimpho Sidiyane and she sent us the NCR screenshot indicating that status A suggests that enquiry was not successful and we should consider lodging a dispute with the credit bureaus to update your records.
Why cant you update it on the credit bureaus that it was a mistake. We dont even know how to update this and its reflecting on my record and my wife.

An assessment should firstly be done to confirm that one is not over indebted. The outcome of the over indebted assessment will then be sent to the NCR with a motivational request to remove the Debt Review flag.
