Debt Rescue - Shocking

I am really concerned on how a person`s debt truly was managed after fully completing debt review struggling to receive my clearance certificate after specific accounts was settled months ago and excuse is we are still waiting on paid up letters, and now after all this their lawyers sending me mails to say I have not paid. How do they really now what is going on with the accounts and where to allocate payments to if the awareness of account settled clearly does not exist.
