Debt rescue ruining lives

I've been so patient that this is actually getting really funny. It's been 52 days since i requested my recording and answers to my other 10 questions. I wrote a review where they promised a resolution and i'm still waiting.

I've been moved from Pillar to post with no one taking accountability. The weekly calls i make, i'm told that the request for my call recording is being escalated to manager to manager and today.....TO THE CEO.

What is being hidden cause when i started the call, i say above everything else i will be asking for the call recording at the end of the call?

My account is still in a mess, being harassed by creditors and unable to get any form of proof for creditors as Debt rescue is denying me the call recording

I call almost daily for feedback so i can have this sorted as they have landed me in the worst situation. Prior to consulting and signing up, i had never been harassed by creditors because i had never missed a debit order.
