Debt Rescue Refusing To Assist In a Timely Manner

The service received from Deb Rescue has been almost non existent. I completed my initial debt rescue process recently. I needed Debt Rescue to confirm that my payments were all made so that I can receive my clearance certificate and clear my account.

It's been a 3 week battle so far with no real response When I email there is almost never a response. When I call the consultants never call back. There is no process in place so that I can actually get a reference number to be able to track the status of my query.

Every time I reach out a different person helps me with a different story none of the people helping me have the same story so how does one get this resolved if the staff working at debt rescue all have a different explanations for why there is a delay?

There seems to be no form of management as you are never able to speak to a manger and no accountability from the consultants side to actually get back to you after a query was made for a status update.

At one stage a consultant contacted me to ask what my query was. I told him what the situation was and what I needed. he responded by saying they are attending my query. He then asked me to leave a positive review for him on Hello Peter. I initially agreed and asked him to send me an email with his details. After I received his email I rep**** back to ask if he can confirm the progress of my query but never ever got a response back. So I need to leave a good review but I was not helped or rep**** back to again.

I have been more than patient so far but feel like the service received is not acceptable to anyone. When you start the initial process Debt Rescue is more than happy to help, but when finishing the process they seems to stop caring as there is no financial motive for them anymore.

I have also submitted all relevant documents requested more than once.
