Debt Rescue Poor Service

HI,

I have been with Debt Rescue just over 3 Years now,recently dit recon of all my accounts with creditors and balances reflected on Hypen PDA statement.

2x Accounts 1x Car and Absa credit card dotn correspond,bal diff between Hypen and MFC is R30000 difference aske Debt rescue about 10x Times since last year NOvember to investige but only come back saying it can be 1-2 months behind balances but R30k makes no sense.

Seems like you have to do this yourslef and Debt Rescue cant or is not intrested. Phone 2x Times day asking for manager to call me back but no luck.
