Debt Rescue poor customer service

I app**** for debt rescue and thought the company service was next level. I was fortunate enough to be able to pay of my accounts BEFORE the matter went to court and informed Debt Rescue of this. Thus I cancelled the process and followed protocol as described by them. Forwarded all proof of payments on accounts first listed. Then realized I was listed on all credit bureaus. Continuously contacted Debt Rescue to assist me in rectifying the matter and personally contacted "MY DEBT COUNSELLOR" as mentioned on all sites. To today she has not communicated with me in any way and I am still trying to sort the matter having to use other consultants. This is an uphill battle and some of the mails just gets ignored. This is extremely disappointing and waited 2 years to put this out there. I however do not know what else to do......
