Debt Rescue - Poor customer service!!!!!!!

Poor customer service!!!!!!! Actually it's pathetic to say the very least. Been a customer since 2016.

Poor customer service!!!!!!!, especially when you send them an email complaining about the service you are receiving, which by the way I'm paying for every month, lets not forget that.

Their statements does not match at all of that of the 3rd party company they appointed to use in order to send you your monthly statements. The creditor amounts still owed (due) by Debt Rescue is so different to those of the 3rd party company that sends you a monthly statement its actually scary. And if you phone the 3rd party company they stay that they only receive the amounts from Debt Rescue and that if a want an accurate statement of my account i must contact Debt Rescue. Whats is the point of this??? If their accounting is not in order, how do they manage and pay your accounts and make sure that everything is in order.

I send Debt Rescue an email with a complaint highlighting all my concerns and they never even bothered to write an email back or contact me in any way.

I paid all my creditors in full in January 2021 and sent them all the paid up letters via email as instructed. This by the way was after i was advised to do so by Debt Rescue when i asked them to obtain all amounts due to all my creditors in order for me to make final settlement payments to them and in order for Debit Rescue to furnish me with a Debt Clearance Certificate, which again i would have expected them to do, as they are my court appointed debt counselor and should have handle it as they manage all my creditors on my behalf, however i had to do it myself. Now that i sent them all the paid up letters the long game of waiting starts...........
