Debt Rescue or is it Debt Imprison?

I have been awaiting answers from Debt Rescue on a query that dates back to 23 November 2017, I have a trail of emails to prove this. I have been asking about my standard back account. Standard bank Account account reflecting current balance of R21, 563.19 (this was the amount I received from them on 16 February 2018). My question was why is it that an account that was initially around R25 000 when I started the credit review process FOUR YEARS AGO still has an outstanding balance of R21 563.19 as per date mentioned. When my Capitec account which was initially R60 000 when I started the credit review process FOUR YEARS AGO has an outstanding balance of R15 042.62 (this was the amount on the statement you sent me dating 12 January 2018. And again I still want to know when is my final payment date of the credit review, as I have paid off most of my account before the agreed time.

I have been asking these two questions since 23 November 2017 and have a trail of emails to prove it, but still no answers so I have decided on Hello Peter to warn other people because Debt Rescue continues to make false promises, I was informed I would have a debt councillor who would assist with any queries but I have never been able to get answers, and ofcourse Debt Rescue continues to gain from me with the absurd monthly fees they charge. I guess that is why I'm not getting any answers, the aim is to keep me and surely many more like me under Debt Rescue so they can continue to profit.

I will patiently await answers and challenge Debt Rescue to answer for themselves here and on my email.
