Debt Rescue not Updating My monthly statements for the past 3 months
Its been 3 months since my statements have been updated to reflect the current balance for all the accounts. I submitted my query regarding this on the via email on the 06 March 2018 to date no response is coming forth. I have made numerous calls to them but there are no clear answers. I made a followup email on the 09 March 2018 since they make a promise to respond to my email within 48 hours after receiving it but to this day no response. Everytime I contact them they say I should leave my details and they will call me back as soon as they know whats going on.
Do they even pay creditors every month?
