Debt Rescue not helping to clear your name

I have been trying to get my name cleared since January. You keep on asking for paid up letters that have been sent. Then its another paid up letter and another paid up letter. They have all been sent. I never get replies to my emails. When I phone in, I can never get through to the clearance department. This is getting ridiculous now. I am thankful that Debt Rescue was able to help me and they have been great with everything up until it comes to getting my name cleared. Please, I need help and assistance on getting my name cleared.
