DEBT RESCUE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT THE CLIENTS

We are currently under this process as from 2013 our initial creditors were estimated R2. 2 Million, 5 years later our current creditors is more due to interest. On more than several emails, telephonic conversations did I request an explanation WHY? Funny enough I only get email responses of where Debt Rescue then forward me outstanding balances from creditors or final settlement amounts, BUT they do not answer my direct question. INTEREST???????????????????????????, the reason why we are under Debt Rescue is to still live like normal human beings with a payment structure to accommodate our living costs, and currently after paying our monthly premium to Debt Rescue do we not at all have even a daily amount for living costs, on the rate the interest is raised will we never recover from our debt NOR will we be able to live as pensioners, as the income we would receive as pensioners would not even cover 2% on the current monthly payment to Debt Rescue.
