Debt Rescue not assisting to provide clearance certificate.
It has been almost a year now since I have settled all my outstanding debt, and asked Debt Rescue (as my financial advisors and service provider) to send me my final settlement letter from MTN as I am not able to get it from them myself. No joy, no assistance, no plan to get this issue resolved. Due 5o me not getting this final settlement letter to be able to make payment, I am not able to clear my name for over a year now. I have been to the Debt Rescue offices, I have sent emails, I have phoned over 100 times. All promises with no feedback. I am truely dissapointed that a company that is supposed to help you just does not care.

We managed to pay our MTN however no assistance from Debt Rescue in regards to FINALLY getting our clearance certificate.
I have sent another follow up email today, no feedback.
I sent a whatsapp to the customer service consultant on our case, she blatantly ignored me.
I am at a point where I will be taking this to every platform possible to raise awareness of the level of No-service we get from Debt Rescue.
