Debt rescue more like sinking ship

Hi I would just like to say how bad debt rescue assistance has been with my clearance certificate. After talking to numerous people via emails, I finally got someone to assist me with getting something with the one company that doesn’t want to give me a settlement letter. I then proceeded to send the clearance dept the email trail from that company, just to have another person ask me for the clearance certificate again. So the whole story is repeated again, after complaining to them that they not helping she then proceeded to suspend my clearance request because in her words “I dont seem to be wanting their help”.
