Debt Rescue leaves the client to sort out their messes

Been on Debt review since 09/2015.Have not missed or cancelled a debt order ever with them.2019/2020 according to hyphen PDA they paid last amounts on two FNB accounts.In 2020 Debt Rescue Stopped taking their Debit order so thinking ok must be getting clearence now.Late 2020 my Husband starts getting demands from hammond lawyers as FNB handed the one account over as apparently we defaulted!!He forwarded to Debt rescue to please explain.In the ensuing email the last they said was it was sorted and they will commence with clearance.Whole of 2021 hear nothing more with them not even coming back to say if any money still outstanding to work out an extension or more payment.Eventually Query by them Feb2022 What is happening with Clearance only then to be told its up to me to collect paid up letters.Still no mention of outstanding balances as as far as i know nearing the end They must ask crediters for True balances.No problem I start contacting Crediters for His paid up letters.To my shock Find out FNB have given both accounts to other lawyers now (the same ones that were supposed to have been sorted)They get in contact and forward statements given from FNB (which only start from 2018 but have a balance brought forward and of just the one account so have no idea where the other is)Send back to them the court order,Hyphens Statements etc.Meanwhile all debt rescue say is they were busy with clearence when saw the outstanding balance (the same one they said was sorted).Since then their Silence is deafening while I have to sort out their mess and find answers as to why 1)WHY DID THEY STOP TAKING THEIR DEBIT ORDER IF I STILL OWED 2)SEEING STILL OUTSTANDING WHY THEY DID NOT CONTACT TO EXTEND OR NEG A HIGHER PAYMENT 4) WHY THEY DID NOT FREEZE ACCOUNT AS BASICALLY MY REPAYMENTS HAVE JUST COVERED THE INTEREST ADDED ON THAT ACCOUNT EACH MONTH.EVEN FORWARDED EVERYTHING FROM LAWYERS TO TRISH GOVENDER 2 months ago and have heard nothing from her.I NEVER STOPPED DEBT RESCUE THEY STOPPED TAKING THEIR DEBIT ORDER.So besides waiting for lawyers and FNB to send complete statements from 2015 I'M left alone now to sort out another company's mess without knowing what exactly they did and asking Hyphen to send 60 months of POP while the accounts carry on gathering interest that i must pay for a non usable account all because someone at debt rescue messed up with Neg and following balances.
