Debt Rescue leaves me in the lurch - AGAIN

I have been a client of Debt Rescue for large number of years. The only time I received good service from them was before I became a client. The stopped paying my car a while back and it took me months to convince them that they should still be paying it. Lately I have been contacted by the bank's attorneys to inform me that my account is in arrears. I sent the mail on to Debt Rescue, as I should have, but received absolutely no feedback after a week, even though they will promise you a 48 hour turn around time. I phoned them and the lady that I spoke to promised she would get onto it and CC me in all correspondence. Needless to say that did not happen. I phoned them again a few days later (Tuesday) and spoke to someone else. She promised to get onto it and call me before the end of the day, to tell me what the way forward will be. Again....needless to say, that did not happen either. It is now Thursday (2 days later) and still no call. In the meantime I am being harassed by the attorney with threats of legal action. The very people that are supposed to "protect" me and make sure that my creditors get paid on time and as agreed, have just abandoned me. I stand to lose my car, which I need to earn a living, so that I can pay my creditors (and Debt Rescue) but Debt Rescue is doing nothing about it. I also need to say that I never expected them to do anything for me, as they have proved over and over during the past few years, that they just want to collect my money, but not give me any service in return. Please stay away from this company. They will make all sorts of promises to you, but they will keep none of them.
