Debt Rescue Kempton Park poor service

Hi, this company Debt Rescue is the worst. I was under udmanistration years ago, all clear and fine. However to habe the credit status updated is an issue. I have sent a mail from Capitec requesting an updated clearance certificate with the correct NCR number. This has been dragging for about two months now. They dont respond to emails, when they do it might be a week later. I spoke to this lady named Zinhle, still no response. Only says the matter has been escalated to manager. I asked for the managers contact details about two weeks ago, just no response. It is not a complicated matter to sort out and its causing complications as I cannot apply for any credit whatsoever.
