Debt Rescue isn't helpful at all!!!!

I'm having such a horrible experience with Debt Rescue. I've tried several times to call this number *** and when I get through Lucelle keeps cutting my call. The most annoying thing is that I'm under debt review with this company, but they themselves are failing to make payment to my creditors who are now harassing my with calls from attorneys. What was the point of their services when they're not doing what they supposed to. Some of my creditors have been paid up, but still appearing on my statement every single month. I even had to call my creditors to find out what my actual balance was with them. After 2years of Debt Rescue's services and I'm even worse off than I was before.
