Debt Rescue is unable to update my account balances.

I have been trying to get Debt Rescue to update my account balances for a month now. There are all kinds of excuses about the creditors and that they are the ones to blame but no-one from Debt Rescue is taking ownership of the issue to get it resolved. We as customers are paying for a service that we do not receive. One of my accounts have a discrepancy of more than R11000.00 and dept rescue just seem to shrug their shoulders and give pathetic excuses. There is no communication from debt rescue w.r.t. the status of my query, no emails, sms's or phone calls, if I don's phone to find out what is going on nothing happens. Its funny how when I put my details on their website as a prospective client who wants to go into debt review I get a call within not even 5 minutes, so they are very keen to sign new business and take your money, but once you are a customer do not expect after sales service.

I spoke to Fortunate (or at least that is what I could make out from her mumbling) and told her that I am taking my business somewhere else, the response is ok you need to do this this and that. No query as to why, what is the problem, what can we do to retain you...? NOTHING.
