Debt rescue is the worst 3 months and still going and still no clearance certificate

do not go with this people, Their back office does not do their job and if they do its months late. They owe me a clearance certificate and their back office was supposed to source the paid up letters as this is their job. each time there is an excuse saying this payment letter is missing then they email the creditor, whatever you do do not contact or deal with them or if you can move to a different debt counselor.
