Debt Rescue is the poster child for incompetence

Debt Rescue continues to expose itself as the absolute worst company in terms of doing its basic job, i.e. organising paid up letters. From one week to the next, these people don't follow up on what it is they are supposed to be doing. I had paid up my creditors in December already and they are still struggling to get paid up letters. I understand that they rely on the creditors (e.g. FNB, in my case) for the letters, but they do absolutely nothing to hurry the process along. I spoke to another creditor myself (this is not my first complaint with Debt Rescue) and received a paid-up letter ON THE SAME DAY! Today Debt Rescue sent me a notice that I need to pay up "my" Edgars account that isn't covered under Debt Rescue...and doesn't exist. Point is: Debt Rescue doesn't care. Debt Rescue doesn't know what it doesn't know. Debt Rescue has no leverage or credibility in the financial industry (or else their requests would actually receive attention). Debt Rescue has no customer service. Debt Rescue cannot help you if you don't have the resources to help yourself. AVOID this company like the plague.
