Debt Rescue is pathetic and the worst

These people give you false pretense that they are the best at what they do, yes they are good in onboarding you because they need fees from you but to finalize a process it's a pain. It's been two months since I have fully settled my loans but I keep getting excuses and run around. Two months having fully paid my loans, even service providers have updated my details on credit bureau that I do not owe anyone yet these pathetic people do not want to issue me a clearance letter. Wish I knew this before hand. I'm referring my case to ombudsman maybe I will get assistance. It's unfair to bully people like this.
