Debt Rescue is not fair

My first debit with Debt Rescue was meant to go off on the 20th of June, which it did successfully. But along with their debit, all my other creditors also took their debits meaning that i paid debt rescue for nothing. I escalated this matter to Debt Rescue on 21 June and i was told that they would reverse their debit. It is now 30 June 2021 and i still have not received my refund and nobody there can tell me why. All they do is send me emails about debit order cancellation forms which i have sent them twice already. I am in a desperate situation as my rent is due and i have no money. Debt Rescue is meant to help us, not put us deeper into debt as now i have to make a plan for my rent and general survival
