Debt Rescue is it a bad thing to want to exit Debt review

I am so dissatisfied with the service from Debt Rescue I have been under Debt review for more than 5 years. In May 2020 I contacted Debt Rescue to request advise on how to exit Debt review. I make payments to the creditor and emailed Debt Rescue the proof of payments so that can update their system. In May 2020 they requested the outstanding balances from one of the creditors to which the creditor responded. But due to the lack of no communication between Debt Rescue and their PDA there is always a mess made with the monthly statements which is forever showing one of the credits of still having a balance despite me having informed them when I made the payment and creditor responding with the paid up letters. I emailed Debt Rescue asking them what process they had in place when assisting a person to exit Debt review as I am growing tired of emails that are send to the same creditor requesting paid up letters and no contact made with the other creditors on the paid up letter. It seems to me that Debt Rescue is very good at assisting people to go under Debt review and to everything else while still under Debt review the moment you need assistance with existing they start dragging their feet to try and keep one under Debt review for as long as they possibly can. By mid July I had one creditor outstanding which is the home loan but from mid July to now there has been no movement no satisfaction from Debt Rescue my matter is still not with their so called clearance department. Emails are still being send ri the same creditor over and over again and the PDA statement is still not correctly updated.

I really wish that Debt Rescue could not drop the ball when I needed them the most, for the past 5 years their service has been nothing but outstanding I guess my mistake is wanting to exist Debt review then they don't care anymore and offer the worst possible service.
