Debt Rescue Inaccessible!

I have just about have it! Why is it so difficult to get hold of you!? Your number just keeps ringing for minutes and minutes on end. Just to get through to someone for the call to be cut off and no one calling back! I also left a message with the person that answered to get someone to call me - nothing! I am not wasting any more airtime on you!

Sending an email and asking the same questions, doesn't help either! It probably goes into a black hole!

I need the amount to get out of debt review which should include your "cancellation" fees. I also need the process to follow when I am ready to make all the necessary payments.

So disappointed in the service received.
