Debt Rescue fix this!

I have been handed over for non-payment of debt with Standard Bank that should have been handled by Debt Rescue. I have been under debt review with Debt Rescue since 2015. This Standard Bank account was part of my debt consolidation. As I have paid my instalment every month I can only assume that Debt Rescue has not distributed money to Standard Bank. All my debt should have been paid off by the middle of this year. In fact the Debt Rescue debit order was stopped at the end of July for that very reason. However I apparently still owe Standard Bank over R44 000.

I have sent numerous emails asking for clarification of this outstanding amount, with no explanation forthcoming. Debt Rescue needs to investigate how this error was made and where the fault lies.

Until this issue is resolved I will reverse any further debit order claimed by Debt Rescue. I have now sent an email to client support and enquiries at Debt Rescue, I am lodging this complaint here and have done the same on their website, in the hopes that I will get some response. It is unfortunate that I need to go to such lengths to clear myself of debt when this is why I app**** to Debt Rescue in the first place.
