Debt Rescue experience thus far
The star rating given pertains to the process as a whole.
I have completed my debt rehabilitation journey and I am now waiting for my Clearance certificate. Ashnie Naidoo is assisting me with the final process and her service has been 5 stars thus far.
As for the process, about halfway through Debt Rescue decided to change Payment Distribution Agencies and this had a negative impact on my profile as the new PDA paid some funds into a holding account and not the account that was used by the previous PDA. This subsequently resulted in my account with that specific party being handed over. I had to CONSTANLY email and call debt recue, the party and the various PDA's to get this sorted out. This to me is a 3 star rating at best, but Ashnie's assistance with the final part of my journey bumped it to a 4.
Other than that hiccup all went well up to this point. Hoping to see my clearance certificate soon, but will update the review if the service exceeds standards or if it is a dissapointing long wait for this journey to be finalized.
