Debt Rescue - don't want to do anything but take your money!!!

I have had a query for months now regarding a Fnb account that somehow the amounts are increasing and is now more than my initial debt. I keep asking for updates that it be escalated and not getting a response anymore just a statement with the account a lot more than it was last month. They seem to genuinely not care and not willing to sort out accounts that are not being paid properly by them and monies not being allocated. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone cause even though you pay them a management fee you have to manage everything!!!
