Debt Rescue don't know what they are doing except for the one person

Years ago I was under debt review and then I had the misfortune of not being employed anymore back in the beginning of 2015. I eventually found stable employment about 6 months later but in that time my payments defaulted which is normal, I then proceeded to sequestrate with the recommendation of many people so this is what I did.

In January of this year I app**** for rehabilitation and this was only granted in July 2021, however the attorney advised me that it still shows a flag of my name being under debt review and I was advised to contact the company that initiated the flag as only they can have it removed.

I sent an email on the 9th of July only for them to take about a month to respond to me first I am told that they cannot remove the flag as the attorney that did the rehabilitation has to do it, The attorney advised me they are supposed to. With a bit of scrambling they decided to assist in removing the flag they initiated on my name. a Few weeks pass and I get an email asking for paid up letters, Now I don't work with these kind of things on a daily basis but from my understanding sequestration overrides the debt review and requirements for paid up letters.

I nearly hit the roof as I stated in the beginning I was sequestrated and there is no paid up letters to be provided.

Most of the company are *********** except for the 1 person that assisted me in my troubles and for that person I take my hat off. Thank you Reeanda Barnard for making the experience of working with a terrible company tolerable. It is ONLY because of you that I am giving 3 stars and if not for you I would have given 0 stars

and the reason I did not go higher than 3 stars is because like mentioned before most of your colleagues don't grasp how to do their work and are quite poor at it.
