Debt Rescue does not put clients first!

I have been battling with Debt Rescue and their lack of communication for almost 6 years now. I am in the process of trying to finally settle my accounts with MFC and FNB through Debt Rescue for the last Month and a half and it has been a nightmare. No feedback and a complete lack of knowledge pertaining to my accounts and profile with them for which I have been paying diligently over the years. They do not reply to emails even though there are ticket numbers given and if I don't call the Client care centre, I do not get the information I have requested. There is no customer care from their side!
