Debt Rescue does not pay creditors
Debt Rescue decided NOT to pay my creditors after they so promptly deduct my debit order the last day of every month. Which means I will be charge extra interest on my accounts even though I have paid my debt. Debt Rescue refers back to a NCS letter point 6 - where they say DISPUTED debit orders will be paid in 20 days and not 5. The next debit order went off and now I owe my creditors 2 months instead of only the current month.
NCA - Extension of business days It has also come to the attention of the NCR that debit order disputes have escalated over recent times and anticipate that this could escalate even further over the current shut down period. Therefore, the 5 business days for distribution of debit order collections by the PDA’s will be extended to 20 business days to mitigate any potential losses to the PDA’s over this period. These days do not exclude the days during shutdown.
