Debt rescue does NOT deliver

This company is great at getting you to sign up. The sales department treats you like gold. And that's where it ends.

The service you receive from this company when you start closing off accounts is shocking. You pay the service for them to do all the admin on your behalf but in the end you are having to do everything yourself.

I have had accounts being overpaid for months. I cannot get someone to get the refund sorted from the creditor. No one replies to emails.

I have paid my accounts directly to close them off. I provide proof of payment and nothing has come from it.

This company will not deliver what they promise. You will be frustrated to the umpteenth degree because they just do not care!

Also, be prepared for your balances to be completely incorrect. You have to contact companies yourself as balances are always incorrect, and not by a small amount.

I regret trusting this company to help me, they do not deliver!!!
