Debt Rescue - Do not expect service - at all

<p>It seems that Debt Rescue is not interested in their clients at all. I never get any response from them when I log a call with them. I am not exaggerating – I NEVER get a response. Not even from their Complaints department. This is not the first review that I write about them!!!</p> <p>They promise a 48 hour response, but that is where it stays. I logged a call with them on their Enquiries e-mail, got no response (in 48 hours) and then forwarded the call to their Complaints department. It is now more than 48 hours later and still no response….. In the meantime I have no idea what to tell my creditor, but I spouse that does not matter to Debt Rescue…they get their pound of flesh every month….</p> <p>Do not make use of these people!!! Run….get someone else to assist you if you ever get in a tight financial situation. You will be saved a lot of problems. Debt Rescue will promise you the moon and stars, but when it comes to delivering, you are on your own.</p> <p> </p>
