Debt rescue dissipointed

Hi my name is Gerhard van Deventer i have been a client with debt rescue for over 5 years . No complaint until my last payment . End march 2020 should of been my last payment . Woke up to find a deduction end april wow how coul this be. So i call . Only to find the whole month the had the money to pay the last client but only decided to make a payment on the 24 mach 2020 resulting in me over paying i stay 80km away from any fnb bank it will cost me more money in petrol to reverse the debit order than i paid . Because the cant do i apparently . So disipointed
