If I could id give them no stars.

After forwarding them my paid up letter from the bank they completely ignored or did not even bother to read that in the letter it states all my accounts are paid up.

There was no proactive checking or even a slight sign that they want to assist their customers clear their names. They are quick to rope you in for "financial freedom". But when you pay your dues and its time for them to assist you in clearing your name. There's nobody in sight.

Customer feedback and communication is not a priority for them, they do not realize that we make a huge sacrifice putting ourselves under review and how having that dark cloud of being under review looms over your name. After many years of paying off your debts and finally reaching the finish line the business that supposedly will clear your name wont do just that last bit of effort.
