Debt Rescue Complaint

I've paid up all of my accounts. Numerous emails requesting paid up letters back and forward with no response. To date I get notifications to debit my account but for what? My status has not been updated with the relevant paid up letters because no one seems to be doing their job to obtain the letters and to update my profile and stop the debit request on my account. When will my profile ever be updated to say that all of my creditors are paid up....at this rate my profile will remain active for years to come....when it comes to payment we need to do our part but when it comes to simple service, no one does their part.......emailing, calling constantly with no response or no movement on my profile so this was my next option. I will not recommend them to anyone else in the future.
