Debt Rescue bad service

I app**** for debt rescue in 2015 and all was good until my last payment in 2020 August , they never followed up, until I ask them to follow up , they just send emails to the creditors, that only respond weeks later, I am still paying small amounts every month , they keep on saying the system is showing this month is the last month, but it never ends, for some creditors I had to follow up myself and settle some accounts myself, after paying Debt Rescue R600 a month for there service for 5 years now, it is so bad service and sad, they just out of the blue want me to pay R2800 again for what? They dont even send me clear statements anymore.
