Debt Rescue bad service.

I have been under Debt review for just over 7 years. I have never felt as if Debt Rescue has my interest at heart. In 2021 I and my husband lost or jobs due to Covid. I had another job lined up but needed 2 month through the whole process with affidavits etc. After 3 months I made up the 2 payment s I missed. Standard Bank however still handed us over to lawyers. For 3 year I asked Debt rescue if I was still under debt review and they did not know that Standard Bank cancelled the debt.

Last year I was trying to get settlement amounts for all my accounts and eventually made contact with the creditors directly because debt rescue did not come back to me. I managed to borrow money from a family member and we paid off all our debt except the home loan. I sent proof of payment and letters that I got from my creditors confirming such. They continued distributing money to accounts that were closed. I have asked for feedback and get none so I sent them an email to say that I will pay my homeloan directly this month as they should now start the process to cancel debt review. I received no feedback yet again and now I receive a notice that they have handed me over to a lawyer to collect the installment. No phone calls or anything just handed over.

Please can I get someone to contact me regarding the process and let me know why the process to end debt review has not started?
