Debt Rescue bad service

I have been with debt rescue for the last 4yrs and was due to finish now in September 2020. I received an email about a week ago from one of my debtors stating that i ahve not been making payments. This was completely disturbing as i have never missed payment to debt rescue since i started, and i signed a contract with them and they were responsible for distributing funds. I apparently still owe one of the companies R4002. When speaking to Karuhla, a consultant at Debt rescue he said since they migrated to another company responsible for debit order retrieval it would seem they never paid standard bank. I am completely and utterly disgusted with their total lack of professionalism . Imagine hoping to be debt free in less than 2 months, you find out the company you entrusted yourself with has disappointed you. I am hoing to seek legal counsel as this was not any fault of mine with regards to non payments after money being actively deducted from my account each month without fail. I would definitely not recommend Debt Rescue to anyone
