Debt Rescue - bad service

I am so unhappy and despondent with this company as I have been under debt review for 5 yrs already, i am paying this company every month supposedly to distribute to my creditors timeously. My debt according to my monthly statements has been steadily rising and I am so worried about this,, because I thought it would decrease. I never get a straight answers or any real clarity when I phone these people, always dealing with a different person and have never, ever spoken to my suppose debt counsellor. My projected end date is ever changing, and cannot get any straight and consistent answers from this company, I am still waiting for them to call me with regards with an FNB query that is ongoing for almost 2 months now, Being overindebted is a nightmare but signing up with this company had made it so much more stressful - Not at all impressed.
