Debt Rescue - Absolutely Ridiculous

I have had it with Debt Rescue.

After numerous emails, numerous requests for a supervisor/manager to phone me and numerous request to do a proper recon on my account as they keep on overpaying creditors and than ignore the situation. End of October it will be an exact year that I have been waiting on my first refund of overpaying. Second overpayment to a creditor was in April and after that I decided to keep track on my own accounts. As ridiculous as this might sound, after me now keeping track of all my accounts and notifying Debt Rescue a month prior with the exact final amount and even a statement from the creditor they still went ahead and overpaid, and even worse, the following month they went ahead and paid the same creditor AGAIN. There is just no assistance or resolving this matter at all. I have decided to stop my debit order as I cannot continue payment to creditors after the accounts have been settled, and not getting my money back. I emailed Debt Rescue to notify them. A consultant phoned me and I explained exactly the reason which she understood and agreed upon and then I requested that they send me an invoice/statement/recon so I can make payment end of October. (this was first week in October) Payment is now due and after another few emails I am still waiting for feedback. Hopefully management will read this review and contact me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WANT TO MAKE PAYMENT - SO IF YOU WANT PAYMENT YOU NEED TO START COMMUNICATING WITH ME AS TO ACCOUNT DETAILS ETC.

And please save me the auto-response and phone me.
