Debt Rescue A Disappointing Lot
This review is long overdue. Debt Rescue needs to stop sending me spam email regarding their December cut-offs just because they are closed over the festive season. They need to be pro-active regarding festive time, and re-train their consultants in being knowledgeable in mitigating a client's problem, instead of just saying it cannot be done, when in fact, a senior was able to provide a solution. Clearly they did not care to put in the effort to find out what could be done, yet they are offensively tiresome in their constant requests to give them a good rating on Hello Peter, even going so far as to call me at work to request the 'good' review. I'm glad I delayed that review. I've already reported 3 of their *********** and rude agents, and I will take this further if they do not stop sending me emails of which I have already made arrangements. Because of their error in July 2016, I am now in arrears with my vehicle finance. Because of their error in April 2019, Woolworths Store Card has terminated my debt counseling payments and I must pay them directly and much more than before. I'm extremely happy I will not have to deal with them for much longer. They are not doing me any favours as I pay for their services.
