Debt Rescue
<p>I app**** for Debt Review in 2012 with Debt Rescue as my debt councilor & voluntarily withdrew in 2013. Debt Rescue sent me a letter (17.4) confirming the withdrawal. The withdrawal would take effect from 18 April 2013 & stipulated that Debt Review would only reflect on my credit record for a further six months from withdrawal.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was never informed of a court order being obtained or not. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is 2017 & Debt Review still reflects on my credit record. All my debt has been repaid.</p>
