Debt Rescue

I don't really want to write a bad review as I have been so very happy with their service and help but I am very frustrated at this stage. I started with them June 2015, I have been paying my installment every month, still ongoing, my last is July 2019. It has been such a hard road for me, my installment is far over R3,000.00 per month. 2 weeks ago I received a call and email from Norton Attorneys and let me just say, they are very very rude people. According to them my one creditor was last paid in Dec 2018. So they are the ones to collect the money from me, phoning me constantly at work and on my cell during office hours. Sending rude emails, and I was so confused because I am paying Debt Rescue every month I don't owe anyone a thing and I get a few SMS's from Debt Rescue to ignore messages from other collectors etc, they will inform me of any changes. At the end of the day Debt Rescue said I must rather just make an arrangement with Norton and get that money paid, so now I still pay my Debt Rescue installment and I must pay my one creditor separate witch I have been paying for years to Debt Rescue over, this is not fair towards me. I have been a great client and just paying paying and now I am the one still owing money towards one of my creditors through a Attorney! Debt Rescue also takes forever to answer my emails, I have to phone, which I did 3 times and they just actually can not give me an answer. So what now?
