Debt Rescue

I am a client of Debt Rescue, and after weeks of asking for help with regards to accounts being handed over, although I am under debt review, the only response that I get is "your enquiry has been escalated to the relevant department. This is now going on for more than 2 weeks. In the meantime, I am getting calls to tell me that the monthly amount being paid are not enough and that they are proceeding with legal action.
