DEBT RESCUE- 1STAR ; NTOMBIE DLAMINI 5 STARS!!

<div>Initially we were very impressed with DR. The service was great, particularly Linmari Petzer's and Louise Anderson's assistance. These last few years however the service has almost been non-existent. Getting generic responses to almost all your emails from client service employees, showing that people are not trained properly to assist in individual queries. I struggled for months to get clarity on Standard Bank account issues and was at the point where my only next step was lodging a complaint at the NCR. Thankfully there was a light at the end of the tunnel, her name is Ntombie Dlamini- a team leader at the Quality Control Department. After 5/6 months of frustration she assisted me with my accounts. She diligently and thoroughly went through my emails,contacted and followed up with Standard Bank and the result was that my outstanding amount was reduced by almost R15000. My account was charged a much higher interest rate than the agreed court order. I really think DR needs more people like Ntombie who knows what they're doing and who could train the other client service employees. For me DR gets a 1 star at most with regards to client services and follow through, but Ntombie gets 5. Thanks Ntombie. </div>
