Debt rescue

I'm under debt review with this consellor debit rescue for 6 days but they make my life a hell I was informed by them to change my banking details to avoid creditors to grap funds from my account and I couldn't make it beacuse my employer has already released the salary advice for Feburary month I called them even WhatsApp them,my suprise was seeing them debited my account as well as the creditors I have been talking to them since from 29 February till today I have been calling them write emails to get a refund no one is telling what is going on I was left desperate stranded not knowing what to do no food no petrol to go to work such a disappointment debt rescue for 6 days their staff unprofessionally they sometimes hang up a phone on you their call centre is useless I may say. my concern is why would they debit even though they knew very well that I couldn't manage to change banking details there high possibility for creditors to debt my account they only care for them self's not helping people who needs help.
