Debt Paid - makes no difference!
I paid up my debt, in full, almost 2 years ago - but l have still not been removed from debt review - after many e-mails to Debt Rescue (with a different excuse each and every time). The website states 21 DAYS!!!! "After completing the debt review process, you will be notified by your debt counsellor that you are no longer under debt review. Thereafter, the bureaus are legally obligated to remove the ‘under debt review’ flag from your credit profile within 21 business days of the notification. You will receive a clearance certificate"
I am now left with no choice but to lay a complaint against Debt Rescue with the NCR.
