Debt almost trippled but payments made!

I entered debt review with debt rescue mid 2018. One of my debts was a personal loan with a balance of R71k. In February 2021 the balance was R42k. Now, in January 2023 the balance is a whooping R102K. That's way more than the original balance and even more than what the balance was 2 years ago.

The other creditor, a clothing store, has not been paid for over 4 years according to my credit report although it shows payment on debt rescue/ipda statement.

My credit card account has been paid off but still active.

All this is a huge mess and I fear I will never have financial freedom. All I get is automated email replies and no accountability from debt rescue!
