Dealing With Debt Rescue is frustrating
I joined Debt Rescue in early 2020, One of my debt is a loan from Capitec, of almost 100K, I have been paying since 2020 for this loan, in November 2023, the state came back saying now I owe over R154 000.00 how is that possible?
I have brought the issue to Debt Rescue's attention, their response was, there's nothing we can do, we go with what the bank sent to us, on the 21st of December when i phoned the office, the office lady told me that, I can't go with what the statement says, the statement is not accurate, all it does is to estimate.
The level of incompetence in this company is next level, whether you're communicating via email or telephonically, you can tell people have no idea of what they're talking about, they just guess their responses.
At this stage no one is willing to explain the discrepancies' on the statement. it's honestly frustrating.
It is never our intention to cause you any frustration.
