Customer service non-existing!!

I've been waiting for more than 2 months now for my clearance certificate. I've emailed numerous people at the company, and no one can seem to help me get this sorted. Surely in life today customer service is probably the most important part of any business, but sadly this is not a strong point at Debt Rescue. I have a home loan application on hold because of this delay from Debt Rescue.
